Product: HP deskjet f4440
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

MY deskjet f4440 suddenly does not work through the HP Solution .. i used to be able to click on it and print and scan check ink levels ect.. now I get a page that shows what looks like a box with a F icon and an I icon inside the box..  I have installed and uninstalled the printer, changed the usb cable downloaded and run HP trouble shoot all to no avail.. Any Ideas
