Buon giorno a tutti, da circa un paio di giorni la mia stampante non scansiona più i documenti e sullo schermo riporta questa dicitura: IMPOSSIBILE CONNETTERSI ALLO SCANNER. Ho provato a riavviare la stampante, ricollegarla alla rete, rimuoverla dal pannello di controllo, ho avviato la diagnostica dall'app Smart ma senza risolvere nulla. Cosa potrei fare ancora per favore? Grazie mille.
