I’ve never had a problem with the printer either sending jobs to it for printing, scan or using it by itself for the same purpose purpose. Currently the print quality is terrible, colors are faded or missed. I’ve gone through maintenance and I’m stuck on Printer alignment. I was able to do the print page (which is terrible quality) prior to scanning but when I load that page for the scan portion of the alignment I’m told to print the page again which I’ve done four or five times-There’s no scanning here!
