Product: HP envy 7640
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan
When I hit the scan button on my printer the scan goto the pictures folder. How do I change this setting so that they goto the desktop not pictures. Also I want them to scan as a pdf not jpeg.

- In the menu bar, click the Apple icon (
).
- Click System Preferences.
- Click Print & Fax or Print & Scan.
- Click the name of your printer, and then click Open Print Queue.
- Click Printer Setup or Settings, click Utility, and then click Open Printer Utility.
- Under Scan Settings, click Scan to Computer.
- Select the Scan Tasks tab, select the task you want to modify, and then click Edit.
- In the Move Finder Items section, select the required target folder, and then click OK.
