Hello, Just today I encountered an error while using scan to email. It said" Username or password is incorrect. Ensure both user account and password are valid.". I did ensure that the email address and password are correct, but I still get the same issue. I also tried using another email address and made sure they were correct, but still get the same error message. Help

If you are using either Microsoft Office 365 or **bleep**, be aware that they have announced that less secure authentication methods are no longer supported and unless your device supports two-factor or Oauth authentication you will not be able to scan directly to email. Best work around is to scan to a folder on your computer and attach the document to an email sent from your computer.
