Some places to check / look...
Make sure the network folder location is shared and accessible for read / write operations.
If you are using the "pc name" for the primary location, try instead the IP address.
Example
\\192.168.1.45\Data\Scan_Folder
How to set up Scan to Network here:
Chapter 1 - Page 14
Section For Scan to Network Folder, Fax to Network Folder
If the printer is on the network,
IF this printer supports the Scan to Network Folder within the Embedded Web Server (EWS😞
Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar
Tab Scan
Scan to Network Folder
Click tiny "people" icon - add information (userid login and password to the location / device / folder)
Test and Save the setup
Example - map the network (remote) folder to your Windows computer:
File Explorer > This PC > Map Network Drive
