Product: hp officejet 4650
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Everytime I scan a document and try to attach it or upload it I get an error message:  the uploaded file exceeds the maxium size of 25 mb.  How can I change the size so that it is smaller than 25 mb?

Scanning issues…

 

Please try this scan solution:

 

HP Scan Extended


For Windows:   ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi


Once downloaded and installed, go to Start > All Programs > HP > HP Scan Extended > Run "HP Scan Extended"

 

Check all your settings and expand all tabs and all + signs to see all options that available.
