scanner not working, hp solution center missing and not reinstalling

Thanks for your continued perseverance and patience. I have attached a Test PDF document here in this post and would like for you to save it to your desired scan folder. The purpose of this test is to determine if you can save PDF files to this location to help isolate the issue. If you cannot save the file to the folder than the issue must be related to the folder or your PDF reader, if you can however then the issue is likely resulting from something related to the HP Software. Please open and save the attachment and let me know if you can or not.

thanks but I solved!

As I supposed, the problem was HP OCR not installing with complete software because seen and marked as already installed. It is very difficult to find it on the install software, because ocr.exe is not named with own name.

It is no way to remove left overs previously OCR uninstal also with registry CC Ceaner,  microsoft fix it, uninstall software, etc....

The solution is copy on desktop the subfolder "docproc" on the setup files folder into 7Z..........latest temporary folder bigger dimensions (windows +r  and command %tmp%) and run docproc.exe. This is OCR installer.

The PDF now is saved on HP C5180 properly on personal scan folder. WOW!!!
