Has anyone of you were able to successfully troubleshoot and fix a "scanner is unavailable" status with an HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e model? The HP website is confusing and unsuccessful and doesn't have a **bleep** phone number to call for tech support help.  My printer is still new and still under factory warrant and  I also paid extra for an extended warranty protection plan from Office Depot in case something like this happens again and it cannot be fixed at all, I would just file the claim and get a new one instead. Your help and guidance would be greatly appreciated with sincere thanks.  - RClyman
