When trying to scan to email I recieve an error.
Server does not support secure connection. Mke sure the correct server is specified or uncheck the reuirement for server connection option.
This feature worked yesterday. Of course nothing chnged from our end. I removed the webservice and re installed. Did not help

Configure the Scan to E-mail feature again
Locate the IP address.
- From the Home screen on the printer control panel, touch the Connection Information
button, and then touch the Network Connected
button or the Network Wi-Fi ON
button to display the IP address or host name.
- Open a Web browser, and in the address line, type the IP address or host name exactly as it displays on the printer control panel. Press the Enter key on the computer keyboard. The EWS opens.
Follow these steps to configure

Click the System tab.

On the left navigation pane, click the Administration link.

In the Enabled Features area, set the Scan to Email option to On.

Click the Scan tab.

On the left navigation pane, click the Outgoing E-mail Profiles link.

On the Outgoing E-mail Profiles page, click the New button.

In the E-mail Address area, complete the following fields:

In the Your E-mail Address field, enter the sender’s email address for the new outgoing email profile.

In the Display Name field, enter the sender’s name. This is the name that will display on the printer control panel.

In the SMTP Server Settings area, complete the following fields:

In the SMTP Server field, enter the address of the SMTP server.

In the SMTP Port field, enter the SMTP port number.

If you are using Google™ Gmail for email service, select the Always use secure connection (SSL/TLS) check box.

If the SMTP server requires authentication to send an email, complete the following fields in the SMTP Authentication area:

Select the SMTP server requires authentication for outgoing e-mail messages check box.

In the SMTP User ID field, enter the user ID for the SMTP server.

In the SMTP Password field, enter the password for the SMTP server.

To configure optional email preferences, complete the following fields in the E-mail Message Preferences area:

From the Maximum Size for E-mail Message Attachments drop-down, select the maximum size for email message attachments.

To automatically copy the sender on email messages sent from the profile, select the Auto CC check box.

Review all the information, and then click one of the following options:
-
Save and Test: Select this option to save the information and test the connection.

Save Only: Select this option to save the information without testing the connection.

Cancel: Select this option to quit the configuration without saving.
