I have just received a new OfficeJet Pro 9010e all in one printer and have setup everything up in the HP Smart app including one shortcut to save a file to my OneDrive cloud storage (including the navigation to the specific folder).
When I scan a document from the HP Smart app:
1. the scanner completes the scan
2. a preview shows the document that was just scanned
3. I click on the shortcut in the bottom right-hand of the preview screen
4. I get a spinning circle and then it says your shortcut is on the way.
5. Even after an hour, the file never shows up in my OneDrive folder.
6. I have scanned for the file in my entire OneDrive system but don't file the file.
