This was working - until we moved locations . New network etc , not sure if related .
I have added the IPV6 and IPV4 to Google's SMTP relay service along with - no tls - no pin - no 2 step verification - changed DNS (both 4 and 6) to google .
The error is "Server error Click "OK" to go back." I can't tell where the fail is .
Does this still work ?

Thank you for posting on HP Forums,
Flower_Bud is at your service.
As I understand, you're in need of support,
No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:
Are you trying to connect to web service?
Or are you trying to scan to email?
Could you elaborate the issue?
Once I have the information, I'll help you further with troubleshooting steps,
Keep me posted!
