scan to email not working- keep getting error message : 

 
 
SMTP email server error. The server might be down or busy. Try again later. 
i've tried all three of my email addresses -- a  g mail acount , an icloud and an msn email.  all the same message- i called tech support and spoke to no less than 5 people who all tried to fix it to no avail.  they said i will need a new printer.  very frustrating. 
can anyone help??

I understand your frustration but the lack of details such as the type of machine make it impossible to help you. Please post back with the type of machine, what email service you are using and someone may have some suggestions.
