Hello, my Sprocket does not want to turnon or reset. I charged it for the whole day. We even swoped charger cables. I have only used it once and it was in my drawer for over a year. Now it is out of warantee does not want to work. Any advise to get it working again? Thank you,

I have the exact same issue.. I'm going to try and reach out to HP. Hoping they'll do something as it seems to be a common issue
