Hi,
We have just rolled out a batch of CX-500s in Teams mode. We've noticed that the phones have a red flashing LED when they have a missed call. We'd like to disabled it if possible but can't seem to find a way to do this either in Teams or in the Poly config files.
Has anyone managed to do this?

Welcome to the Poly Community.
Both the communities Must Read First or Read 1st and if available the FAQ reference the basic minimum information a new or follow up post should contain.
This ensures the questions having to be asked are limited and any new or follow up post contains the right amount of details to ensure any voluntary participant within the community does not spend additional time chasing basic information.
Unfortunately, your post fell a bit short of the above-explained requirements and we kindly ask you, therefore, to ensure to read these sections and ensure a reply (not Edit!) provides as much detail as possible.
In this particular case, I suggest checking with our Partner Microsoft as they supply the Teams application running on our phones but feel free to return here once you have a solution for your issue.

I investigated this internally and whilst our Partner Microsoft is missing the ability to do this via their Software we do have a configuration parameter.
Use the following configuration to disable the MWI LED for an incoming call:
<call call.offering.led="0" />
Use the following configuration to disable the MWI LED for a missed call
<call call.serverMissedCall.led="0" />
Simply unzip the attached file and import the relevant file via the Web Interface Utilities > Import & Export Configuration > Import Configuration
