HP Recommended

Gone through the instructions on how to export and import config files and adding in the dialplan.digitmap.timeout, the presumption is that the below will change how long it takes before it dials an incomplete number from the default of 3 seconds to 10 seconds, but nothing seems to be making any difference at all.

These settings are for phones that use openSIP or Skype for Business. You are using our partner Microsofts App and these settings do nothing to their Application.

 

Please raise this with our Partner Microsoft as this is not a Poly issue.

  • The issue of autodialing on partially entered number has been fixed
