CCX 505-M

We currently have over 70 Poly CCX Teams phones deployed and are experiencing an issue when users sign out of the devices. Our tenant has a 15-device limit per user, so as users move between sites and sign in and out of different phones, the signed-out devices are not being removed from the user’s account.

Because of this, the devices continue to accumulate under the user, eventually causing them to hit the device limit and preventing them from signing in to new phones.

We also have a few hundred Yealink MP54 phones, but they do not behave this way. When a user signs out of a Yealink phone, the device is properly removed from the user’s device count.

Has anyone else experienced this behavior with Poly CCX specially the 500's and 505's devices?

Hello @andretech67 ,

Welcome to the HP community.

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product or the exact Partner application version you use.

This is important, especially in the future, when someone finds this post in days, months, or years.

Please do not simply edit the original post, but reply with the versions.

In the FAQ or the Read 1st section, we remind users why this is important.

Most likely this would be for our Partner Microsoft as they look after the Platform you use and the Application running on our phones is provided by them as well.

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

Best regards

Steffen Baier

I've run into the device enrollment limit before but increasing the limit to 15 was enough in my case. Perhaps you could try configuring a Device clean-up rule in Intune as a workaround.
