Skype For Business 2019 on-prem

Notification URI are configured in the location profile. SfB documents distribution lists as supported. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/skypeforbusiness/manage/enhanced-9-1-1-and-location-service

 

The individual SIP URI work as expected, only the DL fails.

It appears a parameter was added to control this functionality with a default value of disabled. 😞

 

'lync.E911.notificationUri.expansion.enabled'

 

'lync.E911.notificationUri.maxUrls' controls how many URI will be expanded from the distribution list.

 

Setting 

'lync.E911.notificationUri.expansion.enabled' =1 resolved the issue.
