Hello can someone tell me how to downgrade the firmware of Poly SYNC-20M?

 

I have one Poly SYNC-20M and upgraded to version 0.0.1905.4704 via Poly Lens app. But after that it started to have charging issue and sound jitter issue. My another Sync-20M still stays at old version 0.0.567.3472 and all work well.

 

Can I have a standalone firmware file so that I can upload it manually and downgrade firmware?

As far as I am aware these are not hosted to download anywhere.
