Hello @lacibaci ,
welcome to the HP Poly community.
Assuming this is only since a Microsoft Teams change aka the new slim Teams client I would suggest raising this with our partner Microsoft as the device was certified for Teams and the change came from our Partner.

Not sure this is just Teams. I updated my Poly Lens Software and Firmware and now it's not working for me either in WebEx. The WebEx Mute/Unmute is not sync'd with the Poly Sync 20. Firmware - 0.0.1871.4614. Software - Poly Lens, 1.3.2.

The original poster @lacibaci never came back so I am unsure but if you see a similar issue and Poly Lens and the firmware is up to date and another client does not work please work with our support team.
