Dear Support Team,

I am writing regarding a new Poly Sync 60 speakerphone. The mute button becomes unresponsive during Google Meet calls when the device is connected via Bluetooth.

Details:

  • Connection method: Bluetooth
  • Tested on: Multiple computers (Windows/macOS – same issue across all)
  • Behavior in Google Meet: Mute button is inactive/unresponsive
  • Behavior with USB connection: Mute button works correctly
  • Behavior in Webex (Bluetooth): Mute button works correctly

The issue appears specific to Google Meet over Bluetooth.

Could you please advise on the possible cause and any recommended troubleshooting steps or firmware updates?

Hello @Krzysztof_OLES ,

 

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

 

So it works on an OS level as your test has shown, but not at an application or what I assume browser level? Have you contacted Google Support as of yet? What Firmware is the Poly Sync ?

 

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
