Poly Trio 8800 - would like to use only as usb speakerphone peripheral. Is there a specific fw version needed for this? I'm on Version 7.2.6.0019 Generic platform.

Able to select the speakerphone in my audio settings but no audio.

Hello @ghrt3egth465 ,

 

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

 

A Micro USB cable plugged into the Trio and a USB-A into a PC or Mac should be sufficient.

 

Ideally you would want to change to the USB mode:
