Hi,
Have You tried all Vista graphic drivers posted on Your support site for Your model. There are 5 avaible and You may find them here.
Important notes!
- If You have installed now any Nvidia drivers for graphic card then before You will install other version You need
first to remove old drivers from Your system.
Check below guide how to do it (this is not standard uninstallation process):
How to remove nVidia graphic drivers from Windows system.
- Remember to install them always in Compatibility Mode (usually Vista SP2 works).
Resources:
How to Run a Program in Compatibility Mode in Windows 7
Make older programs run in this version of Windows
If this solution will not work yoo then let me know about it.

Yeah I have tried all the drivers and this is the same error I am getting for all of them
---------------------------NVIDIA Setup Error---------------------------
The NVIDIA Setup program could not locate any drivers that are compatible with your current hardware. Setup will now exit
.--------------------------- OK ---------------------------
I followed your guide step by step and this keeps happening... I really dont know what to do about it I may have to revert to XP which I really dont want to do.

Hi again,
We will try this time latest Nvidia drivers from Windows Update.
Nvidia graphic driver here (ver 197.45 for 64bit Win7)
How to install this driver:
1.Download and extract it witn 7-Zip(free) or WinRar.
2. Go to path where this file was extracted and find nv_disp.inf file. You need to delete it.
3. Run setup.exe and follow the instructions.
Please inform me about Your results.

I have the same Nvidia 7150M graphics and had to use a driver from Windows Update. Open Control Panel, run Windows Update and choose to also see Optional updates. You should be offered a driver there_if it hasn't already installed automatically.

As You see on below photo this driver contains nv_disp.inf file.
Have You found it there and deleted it or not?
This file have only hardware ids for Nvidia desktop graphic cards that's why we need to delete it.
Ps.
Please ignore for now Cheryl idea. (Please don't be mad.) I know then it's good way to do it but I'm trying to solve some problems with newer driver.
This version will not install through Windows Update in standard way. For now it reported by many users as the best driver for Nvidia 7000 models.

Hello Daniel,
I am having trouble with a Pavilion dv9075eu that a customer brings to my store for service. I am Installing windows 7 on it for the 2nd time in 6 months and I still can't figure out a way to get the touch-sensitive buttons to work. The owner really wants to have them, otherwise I would have given up long time ago.
After I spent a whole day looking around forums and trying a lot of different versions of drivers, I can conclude that there's no freaking way to get the buttons working with windows 7 on this particular notebook. I am an experienced technician and I rarely waste so much time to look for solutions but this one just got on my nerves and I really hate HP today 😛
All the touch-sensitive buttons are lit in blue color, except the volume "-" and "+" buttons, which are simply dead, no lights on them. None of the drivers I've tried so far did anything to change that situation - no color change, no volume control lights, no action when buttons pressed. I've also tried your driver suggestion, of course, and the latest HP QLB 64 driver from WU with no success. Different versions of audio drivers didn't help either.
Have you got any experience with this particular model or any other useful suggestions that I may try before I return the laptop to my customer?
Great thread by the way! 😉

Hi,
Uninstall QLB under safe mode, because driver form WU will not fully uninstall in other way.
Install QuickPlay software first.
Only after that install QLB drivers from guide (not from WU) and everything should be ok.
When QLB is installed first QuickPlay software will not work.
Audio problem:
1. If You installed audio drivers for WU first and then trien vista drivers the nuninstall normally audio drivers first and in safe mode uninstall this which for sure are still in system. Restart in normall mode and try all Compatibility Modes. SP2 usually is the best solution.
2.If You tried only vista drivers then uninstall them and try WU.
3.You may try audio drivers for dv90xxCTO models. There is a big chance then they will work. You may find them here, here and here. One very important information. Driver version may be in some cases the same but You should check file name too because very often You will find there difference.
If any of this solution will not work then You will have to wait for about a week. I'm working now on full database with audio drivers for dv6000/dv9000 models. For now I only have something like that for dv2000 models. It takes very much time and I've got job too.
