   I can't  open the egle eye iv,usb camera ip address. So I am asking permission to download the software.

welcome back to the HP Poly community.

 

the Poly EagleEye IV USB is not an IP camera and there is no tool to utilize this. The RJ45 port is not for end-customer usage. Software updates would be via USB if required.
