In my company I've setup multiple Poly Studio USB (p009) camera's with provisioning settings:
Server:
- server mode: manual
- Server type: https
- server adress: txxxxxxx.deviceprovisioning.dm.lens.poly.com
- Username from device provisioning page.
- Password from device provisioning page.
I've got the devices setup to connect a WIFI SSID with EAP / PEAP / MSCHAPV2 / username and password.
They show up green until I disconnect the device from my laptop with Poly Lens Desktop installed.
I can't figure out how to keep them connected. I need assistance please.

Hello @AlexTjTaSe ,
Welcome to the HP community. I have moved the post to a more suitable section.
Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product you use.
This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.
This is stated in the FAQ or the Read 1st section, explaining why this is important.
If an issue like this cannot be resolved via a public community post, please work with our support organization in your region. Details on how to contact us are in my signature

Hello @AlexTjTaSe ,
I assume you are signed into the Lens desktop app to connect to Lens Cloud. In this way the Poly Studio USB connects via the local PC to Lens cloud.
If no PC is connected I assume your firewall may be blocking the traffic or the unit is not set up to be provisioned by Poly Lens Cloud via Lens Desktop > Select the Studio USB > Settings > Admin > Provisioning Server either Auto via DHCP Option 150 or Manual via HTTPs etc.
Another issue would be Ports blocked https://info.lens.poly.com/docs/begin/ports-and-protocols
If you still struggle, and no other Volunteer replies, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier

Hi
I have the exact same issue. I have taken units that are online, connected a USB cable because of another issue, and then disconnected. With same result: ie: loss of connection.
I did manage to reconnect one unit by repeatedly turning wifi on/off and disconnect/connect.
Did you solve it in any way?
Best Regards
