How to do the update on it ? I already downloaded the file but it is not exe file

Hello @JC20242024 

what device are you using the E70 with? If paired/connected with a Poly Studio or G7500 the device will update via this. If you use this as a standalone on a PC or Mac please use the Poly Lens Desktop app to update.
