HP Recommended

I can upgrade the B2 base station to the latest firmware but not the Rove 30,40 and R8 repeaters manually.  for the auto upgrade it states to go to http://downloads.poly.com   when I try it, I get an error for the page "access denied"  is there something special I need to do?  Firmware on it is: 8.0.11 trying to up date to 8.0.12
