Hello,
even if I'm following the admin guide of Rove B4 to activate the multi cell, the bases Rove B4 don't see each other.
Is somebody facing this kind of issue.?
Perhaps I forgot a step.
Thank

Hello @AAMDC ,
try the bases on a single PoE switch to ensure it is not network-related. If this works and does not work in your network then something is blocking this.
HP Poly support can be consulted but I am sure we do offer chargeable services to ensure the network is set up correctly.
Other volunteers can reply.
Best Regards

Hello @AAMDC ,
Welcome to the HP community.
Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application you are using.
This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come.
Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.
I suggest to enure all devices are on the latest software level.
Esnure you check:
[KB] Poly ROVE DECT Deployment
In order to exclude any network limitations use a PoE switch to set this up initially so it is all working. After this you can try and deploy into your network.
If an issue like this cannot be resolved via a public community post, please work with our support organization in your region. Details on how to contact us are in my signature
Best regards

My apologize for the lack about some detail.
The bases Poly Rove B4 embedded the last firmeware version 8.0.8 Build 0001.
Each base is connected to a Poe switch.
my intention is just to know if anyone has ever encountered a base pairing problem despite a configuration that complies with the admin guide.
Thank you
