New Rove 20 deployment with B1 base station. Have power and connectivity on base station but handset will not register. Re-registering does not solve the problem. any ideas?

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the Software version you currently use for the HP Poly product you use.
This is important, especially in the future, when someone finds this post in days, months, or years.
Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.
