Rove B2 Base Station

We have Poly Rove B2 base stations connected to Cisco 2960x PoE switches. CDP is enabled on these switches, and it reports that there is a mismatch in duplex settings between the switch and the base station. We've attempted to set the port duplex to Auto and Full, but no change in the reporting. We've checked the documentation for the Poly Rove and have found mention of setting the duplex, but these options don't exist in the web portal. Is there any way to configure this?

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product.

 

This is important, especially in the future, when someone finds this post in days, months, or years.

 

Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

 

We remind users why this is important in the more common VoIP section FAQ or the Read 1st section.

 

Rove 8.0.10 release has a fix for Cisco Half Duplex advertisement via CDP.

 

If an issue like this cannot be resolved via a public community post, and no other volunteers reply, please work with our support organization in your region. Details on how to contact us are in my signature
