Operating System: Mac OS X 10.7 Lion

Can anyone tell me how to fix this permanently.  My printer keeps disconnecting from the wireless network.  I have to keep unplugging, replugging, deleting the printer from the list and reinstalling it and eventually it works again, however this is no good when I need to print something in a hurry which is often!  Far too much of my day is wasted trying to solve these issues!  Please treat me gently as I am no computer expert!
