Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My printed photos look awful!  The skin tones look like a "bad spray tan".  Can this be fixed?  I know very little about photography so I need very simple instructions, if you have any.  Thanks so much in advance for replying to my SOS.
