Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

i bough a brand new printer on 22/04/2016 , HP deskjet 3520 all-in -one . but this printer does not come with a setup ink, which is used to initiate the printer. 

i returned it to the store, but the salesman said it is a display product shown on the shelf, not coming with setup ink. because it is sold as promotion,  he refused to give me the refund. 

 

i already  tried to seek help  from hp support centre several times, but they do not reply to me.

 

Very funny.

 

So how can i solve this problem? where to buy the HP 564 setup ink? 

i buy a new printer, but i can not use it.
