Product: OfficeJet 4630
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

I am unable to print to our hp officejet 4630 printer.  The printer says it is connected to our home wireless network.  However, it either says it is idle or not connected to the network on my mac.  The only way it will sometimes print is if I switch to a wireless network that is named the same as the printer.  Airprint also does not work.  We have a Linksys router.  Not sure if that is the problem or not.  I have run all kinds of diagnostic printouts on the printer and they all say it is connected.  I also have tried putting the ip address in my web browser and it cannot find the printer when connected to our home network.  Please help!
