Dear forum,
I upgraded recently my HP desktop OS from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. My deskjet 1050 printer, which worked fine before the upgrade, does not print correctly anymore after the upgrade.
I used HP Print and Scan doctor several times, not indicating any issues. I am able to scan documents, issue is limited to printing. I also removed and reinstalled drivers at least 2 times (and rebooted all systems regularly).
- A "test print" works fine.
- When I print a pdf from edge, the printer creates an output but no good quality.
- When I print a word document from office, the pages comes out empty.
3 cases have one behavior in common, each time I receive an error message. "Verbinding maken met Printer niet mogelijk". which is Duch for "can't connect to the printer.".
Do you have some advice for me?
