Product: HP DeskJet 3050 J610
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
Out of the blue, black ink stopped printing. First I cleaned the cartridges, 3 times! Still didn't work. Checked ink levels and it showed low but not out. I replaced the black cartridge anyway and it still does not print any black. I can't print an alignment page because there is no black ink. Tried all the troubleshooting techniques, read the recommended printer manuals, etc. Do I just need to but a new printer. Not sure it will be HP because I'm already out the $50 for ink cardridges.
Can anyone help?
