Product: HP Officejet 7310xi all in one
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

My printer will not print and indicates a Carriage jam and tells me to open door and a clear carriage jam but there is nothing there and there is no paper jam. I have tried unplugging the machine, restarting it, restrting my MAC and the message still flashes. Does anyone have any suggestions. I know this is an old printer but I love it and want to keep it going. Thanks in advance for any ideas.
