OfficeJet Pro 8715
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My OfficeJet Pro 8715 had been working perfectly out of the box for months.  Now it prints only sporadically - I can't seem to find the rhyme or reason to when and why it will print.  Have tried reinstalling, updating, restarting, restarting my router, turning off my firewall, etc.  It will print from neither my phone (iphone 6s) nor my laptop.  It will print a test page when selected from the printer itself no problem.  Issue started 10/16/16, from what I can tell.

 

I tried choosing an alternate driver, per the instructions on another thread, and this solved the issue for my laptop but not my phone.

 

Any ideas?
