I'm updating from Windows XP and would like to keep using my old but excellent HP Deskjet F2210 printer. I'm going to buy a refurbished desktop w/ OS installed and would like to update to the most current one that will work with my ancient printer. I'd like Windows 10 but know it's probably too advanced. If that's the case, are there drivers available that would make my printer work with Windows 7 Pro, which I understand will still be receiving basic support until Jan. 2020? I'm a home user and writer: just websurf for research and fun and watch u-tube videos. (Don't think I'll ever eat pizza again!)
If someone out there can tell me if that's possible and what updated drivers (?) and whatever else I would need to stick with my old printer, I'd be very grateful. Otherwise, anyone out there who can use it can e mail me. Thanks in advance for your help.
