Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I changed internet providers, and have to change settings for wifi on printer. all wifi settings areas and wizard are locked. I have uninstalled and re-installed, and had to use ethernet to be able to print at all. how to unlock all the wifi settings and/or do factory reset; do I need factory ink cartridges? I don't have them.
