Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710

Hi everyone,

 

I have bought this printer just before Christmas and works perfectfully well, but however the printer keeps going offline after a while when nobody is using it. The printer itself is being set on Wireless Mode as it can't be placed near an Erthernet socket.

 

I have been looking around for solutions, but most people say it's something to do with the Firmware that needs updating, messing with a few settings such as IP addresses and etc.

 

But does anybody can come with up with best solutions to help me to get our printer working again would be much appreciated.
