Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I am tying to print 2, 5x7 photos onto an 8x11.5 hp photo paper.  the print preview shows exactly what i want but when i print I end up with two 4.5 x 2.75 inch photos printed side by side on the upper half of a portrait layout.  I have looked at all settings to no avail.  again, the preview looks just right.   the print interface software is hp photo creations by rocketlife. thanks in advance to whomever cares to help.
