Product: hp 6500 office jet wireless
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have an hp 6500 Officejet Wireless.  It recently stopped printing black.  Used automatic tool to clean print head.  Still no black. Other colors OK. Changed black ink cartridge.  Still no black.  Did manual clean of print head by soaking in warm water as per instructions.  Now get error message "ink system failure Please turn printer off and on".  Did this twice and still same result.  Cleaned contacts on print head and printer as instructed in hp note.  Still same result.  "ink system failue"

Did hard reset of printer by unplugging and plugging power back in.  Still same result. "ink system failure".  

 

Print head was replaced on 6/27/2015.  Printer worked fine until now.  

 

Any suggestions?
