Product: Deskjet 8000 pro
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This printer is automaticaly cleaning my printheads on a daily basis.  This is causing a build up on the cleaning pads and ink build up all over the print head area of the printer.  This is causing fouled printing as I am getting ink smearing  all over my print jobs.  How can I turn this feature off.  I can when needed, clean the heads utilizing the toolbox or manualy cleaning the heads as needed.  I am a certified tier 5 customer support person and also certified to repair HP printers, however I have not found any forum questions or replies regarding this issue.
