The printer will scan and print but will print nothing from the computer; documents, pdfs off the web or pictures. I've done the diagnostics provided with the software and it tells me some issues have been fixed but it will not print the test page. It is set as the default printer. It has worked perfectly well for at least a year before that.

 

I have uploaded the latest Windows driver and removed the HP software and it won't print on that and won't when I reload the HP software from the HP Website. The ink supplies should be fine as the printer is not heavily used and the estimate shows at least 1/3rd black and at least 2/3rds colour. I have new cartridges but haven't tried them as it will print a scan.

 

Many thanks in advance. I suspect it will be something blindingly obvious except to me.
