Product: hp Officejet 7413

Hi,

 

When I power on the printer the loading screen appear and the loading bar start moving, but after 1 or 2 minutes the loading bar and the loading screen get freezed.

 

I tryed to wait 6 hours and it try to unplug the power for 30 seconds and i tryed to uninstall and re-install the printer drivers again, but nothing work.

 

Any suggetions?
