Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

Hi, Can someone please advise?

I've just installed a new HP Envy 5540 and used HP Easy start to download drivers etc. I cannot find how to Duplex print from Word for Mac version 15.30, the interface doesn't seem to provide this option. Operating System is OS 10.12 Sierra.

However, I can Duplex print Pdf files or print both sides from Safari, the print interface in these situations differs from that seen when using Word and does includes a 2 side option, but not an an edge option.

 

My previous Epson printer allowed 2 sided printing with edge options from Word.

 

I can work around by exporting files as Pdfs and then printing 2 sided from Preview. But one of the reasons I chose this printer was because it was supposed to provide 2 sided printing.

 

I have Googled this issue but none of the suggestions work.
