Product: HP officejet 8720
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer is connected on our network by cable. However, it keeps going offline. I then have to go to one particular computer that is closest to the printer, print something, and then the other computers can connect again. It is very time consuming and irritating. I already tried HP scan doctor, but it doesn't solve it. The printer is brand new, but our previous HP printer had the same problem.
