Hi. I have joined the instant ink a few days ago, as I just went back to London. Both of my ink cartridges are completely run out. I have connected the printer to the internet, according to instructions, and check the status on both the computer and the printer again, again and again.
The printer shows the cartridges are empty (I cannot print anymore, of course), however, on the instant ink page, the status of them are still remaining installed. Hence, I check the shipment tag to see if there are something there, but nothing as well. I tried to remove the cartridges out of the printer, the status on the web still remaining as installed.
How can I send the real status to HP manually in this case? Or how can the printer update its status automatically to HP?
Thank you!
