Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra
My HP eNVY 5540 has suddenly stopped working and is stuck on its loading page. Like only after 30 mins will it slowly (very slowly) print a paper. Cancelling took another 10 mins!!! I'm connected to it via wifi on my mac and I just bought it new last month! Very disappointed as it was working fine before. I've tried to reset the printer as adviced on this website but it's still the same. Also after restarting the cartridges move about a lot for a while. Pls Help!! Thanks
